The aim of the seminar is to equip participants with a clear understanding and knowledge of the role, duties and obligations on members, directors and trustees of charity companies or trusts. The demands that a new regulatory environment places on their role is significant. They are the gate keeps of a charity and protectors of its ethos. They play a pivotal role in the strategy and ultimate success a charity will enjoy. Public, trust and confidence are the new watchwords that charities will be held to account on.

The seminar addresses the relationship between members, directors and trustees and the regulatory framework which underpins a sector which makes an invaluable contribution to Society. It will equip participants with an ability to understand in greater detail what is expected from them in their roles.
