This workshop provides Board Members and Staff working in community, voluntary and charitable organisations with a step-by-step approach to recruiting new Board and Committee Members. As one of the most common challenges in not-for-profit organisations today, this is an essential workshop for new and established organisations alike.

Caroline Egan is Managing Director of technology and eLearning company, CramdenTECH. She is an experienced senior manager and non-profit board director. Her areas of training expertise include corporate governance, business planning, strategic management and communications. Caroline leads the development of CramdenTECH’s eLearning provision and cloud-based governance management supports.
